Carol DiSanto has been a real estate professional since 1983 with extensive
experience in both real estate appraisal and real estate brokerage. Carol
is the 2007 President of the New York State Society of Real Estate Appraisals,
has served on the Board of Governors for the past 7 years and was recently
appointed to the appraisal Committee of the National Association of Realtors.
She is a Past President of the Ithaca Board of Realtors where she served on the
Board of Directors for five years. She is a nationally trained mediator. As a
member of the New York State Association of Realtors, she is the vice-chair of
the Fair Housing and Cultural Diversity Committe, serves on the executive Committe,
the Membership Committee, and the Professional Standards Committee. In addition,
she is a member of the Cortland County Board of Realtors and the Cayuga County
Board of Realtors. She has over 20 years of extensive experience as a real
estate broker, manager and trainer and previously owned an insurance brokerage firm
and was a systems analyst. Carol is one of New York State's most highly respected
residential real estate appraisers.
